Service scope
Lastkey provides move-out, move-in, and make-ready cleaning for empty apartments and rental houses. The service scope is defined by the agreed checklist and any approved add-ons.
Pricing and condition
Published prices apply to normal-condition empty units. For heavy grease, pet hair, smoke, or other conditions beyond a normal clean, Lastkey requests photos and provides the adjusted quote before booking.
What is not included
Painting, nail-hole patching, junk or furniture removal, mold remediation, and outside-window cleaning are not included. Carpet shampoo is available as an add-on.
Re-clean promise
If the landlord's inspection flags anything on our checklist, send us the report and we come back within 48 hours and re-clean it free.
